What does code P1318 mean?

The Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) uses speed sensors at all four wheels to determine if the vehicle is on a rough surface that could cause false misfire detection. The Engine Control Module (ECM) will disable misfire detection when the driving surface is considered rough enough to create a misfire signal that could set a false Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC).
