With the engine running, BARO input greater than 75 kPa, Intake Air Temperature (IAT) input between 14 and 122°F, fuel level above 25%, then the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detected that the Early Fuel Evaporation (EFE) heater circuit voltage was less than 2.5V with the EFE heater off, or the circuit voltage was greater than 0.3V with the EFE heater on for 5 seconds.
