P1127 TOYOTA Meaning
Battery positive voltage is supplied to the +BM terminal of the Engine Control Module (ECM) even once when the ignition switch is in OFF position for the Electronic Throttle Control System (ETCS) control system.
If P1127 code is stored, the ECM cuts off power to the ETCS motor and magnetic clutch, and the ETCS valve is fully closed by the return spring.
However, the ETCS valve opening angle can be controlled by the accelerator pedal via the ETCS cable.
