Cause:
The battery provides electricity to the TCM even when the ignition switch is turned off. This power supply allows the TCM to store data such as DTC history and freeze frame data. The engine started, the engine is running, and the PCM detected high voltage present at the PCM for 3 minutes after engine start. The high voltage test of the starter relay control circuit monitors the voltage signal sent by the ignition switch.
