- Crankshaft position sensor harness is open or short-circuited
- Poor electrical connection in the crankshaft position sensor circuit

What does the P1330 KIA code mean?
The Engine Control Module (ECM) monitors the crankshaft position sensor. The ECM sets the OBDII code when the crankshaft position sensor does not meet factory specifications.
