P269A Meaning
The exhaust fuel additive injector assembly is mounted on the turbocharger outlet, and low-pressure fuel is supplied to the exhaust fuel additive injector assembly by the supply pump in the fuel supply assembly. The exhaust fuel additive injector assembly adds fuel via a control signal from the Engine Control Module (ECM). This injector is used for two different controls: forced particulate matter (PM) regeneration and PM reduction.
