What does Chrysler code P1297 mean?

The Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) will be set when the Engine Control Module (ECM) detects no change in the Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor voltage. Too small a difference is observed between the barometric pressure with ignition on (engine running) and the manifold vacuum for more than 8.80 seconds.
