P1265 Meaning
Fuel injectors are connected to the high-pressure injection rail and deliver a calibrated amount of fuel directly into the combustion chamber. The piezo actuator is controlled by the PCM during the main injection step for about 0 to 400 microseconds. The activation and deactivation times of the fuel injectors are controlled by the piezo actuator device, which allows for extreme precision during the injection cycle. The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is detected by the fuel injector interface module in the secondary (rear) fuel injector circuit.
